HSK Character Tool License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Upon payment of the applicable license fee, HSK Character Tool grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to access and use the online character stroke practice tool for personal, educational use only, for the duration of your selected license term (1 Year or 3 Years).

2. User Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the tool, source code, or character data
• Use the tool for commercial purposes, resell access, or share your license with third parties
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or scrape content from the tool
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including character stroke data, animations, interface design, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of HSK Character Tool and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. Payment & Refunds

• All license fees are one-time payments. No automatic recurring charges will be applied.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the tool.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered.
